Do you have a daily routine? Here is a look into the day of @fitchickscook : Lately I've been getting a lot of questions around what I eat for breakfast or why I don't eat before noon. Well if you're new to following me I do 16-8 intermittent fasting which means I eat between 12-8 pm (8 hour window) and fast for 16 hours.
