Week 3 of 6 Weeks Challenge I'm in week 3 of a 6 weeks challenge with my bootcamp gym and it's been amazing! This is a low carb lean protein high fiber and portion control meal plan. Perfect if you want to trim down for the summer. Key to this plan: eat protein (meat) the size of your palm 2 handfuls of veggies and 1 fist full of carbs only after a workout.
