After being home for 5 weeks with all the yummy and sometimes not so healthy home cooked meals and dinners out with the family! I am in desperate need of upping my water intake! Drinking the right amount of water is crucial to weight loss and a healthy diet! How much water do you drink a day? Do you track it? If so how?
